The TB is the most compact machine in Depureco's three-phase industrial vacuum range, engineered around a side channel blower that can work 24 hours a day, seven days a week without interruption. That continuous-duty design makes it well suited to ongoing extraction and to permanent installation on production lines, where a vacuum that stops is a line that stops.
Built on a sturdy painted steel body, the TB is offered in multiple construction options, with the side channel blower specified at either 1.8 kW or 2.2 kW to match your duty. Its M-class star filter in polyester media delivers high filtration efficiency across a generous filter area, while a vacuum-relief safety valve protects the blower during heavy or restricted pick-up. Manual filter cleaning keeps servicing simple and predictable.
The TB recovers dry powders, solids and shavings as well as wet powders and solids, and can be run with disposable collection bags for fast, clean disposal. CE marked and configured for ordinary, non-hazardous industrial areas, it is a dependable continuous-duty workhorse for manufacturers who need reliable extraction without downtime.
The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve to ensure continuous, maintenance-free operation. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
Filtration is provided by a polyester star filter in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with a dirty filter.
An ergonomic manual filter shaker allows the filter to be cleaned easily and quickly, removing dust and debris from the surface of the filter.
The material is collected inside a coated bin complete with a handle that allows it to be released. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the container can be moved with ease and the collected material can then be disposed of.
