The PUMA SP is Depureco's three-phase, medium-to-high-power industrial vacuum for the most demanding continuous-duty recovery. Built around a side-channel blower, it is engineered to run shift after shift on very fine and sticky dust — the material that quickly overwhelms lighter machines — while holding steady suction throughout.
At the heart of the machine is the SP automatic filter cleaning system, which cleans the four polyester antistatic cartridge filters automatically while the vacuum runs, so suction stays high through long shifts on fine, clogging powders. Filtration is rated to Class M, and the large filter surface keeps air moving even as material builds on the media. Motor ratings run from 7.5 kW up to 18.5 kW, so the unit can be matched to the volume and density of the material you handle.
Multiple construction options let the PUMA SP be specified for the material you handle, from powders, solids and shavings to fine, dry and clogging powders, and it can be integrated into a centralised vacuum system where several fixed pick-up points feed a single unit. CE marked, and available with ATEX certification as an option, it is a machine chosen for the long haul — where uptime, filtration and total cost of ownership count for more than headline price.
The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve to ensure continuous, maintenance-free work. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
Filtration is ensured by polyester cartridge filters in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with dirty filter.
Automatic filter cleaning system in reverse flow of air at 6 bar (compressed air not supplied as standard). Each filter is cleaned at regular, alternately adjustable intervals without interrupting suction. Ideal for fine and difficult dust.
The material is collected inside a coated bin complete with a handle that allows it to be released. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the bin can be moved with ease and the collected material can then be disposed of.
