The PUMA HD SP is a high-powered, three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner engineered for the most demanding continuous-duty work. Driven by a side channel blower, it holds maximum performance even in continuous use, pulling powders, solids and shavings as well as fine, dry and clogging dusts that would quickly overwhelm a lighter machine.
At its core is Depureco's automatic SP filter-cleaning system, which keeps the four Class M antistatic polyester cartridge filters clear while the vacuum keeps running. That is what holds suction stable on the very fine, packing dusts that clog conventional filters — fewer interruptions to unblock the filter, and dependable throughput shift after shift.
Available in multiple construction options and two motor power configurations, the PUMA HD SP can work as a mobile heavy-duty vacuum or as the suction unit at the heart of a centralised extraction system. The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve to ensure continuous, maintenance-free work. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
Filtration is ensured by polyester cartridge filters in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with dirty filter.
Automatic filter cleaning system in reverse flow of air at 6 bar (compressed air not supplied as standard). Each filter is cleaned at regular, alternately adjustable intervals without interrupting suction. Ideal for fine and difficult dust.
The material is collected inside a coated bin complete with a handle that allows it to be released. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the bin can be moved with ease and the collected material can then be disposed of.
