PUMA HD is Depureco's high-performance industrial vacuum for the hardest, longest-running jobs on the factory floor. A three-phase side channel blower drives sustained suction, so performance holds up through continuous, heavy-duty shifts. It is built to recover powders, solids and shavings in heavy-duty applications — the continuous, high-volume work that defeats lighter vacuums.
Filtration runs on a Class M polyester star filter, and an automatic electric filter-shaker cleans it during operation, so suction stays stable as material builds up and the line keeps moving. A safety vacuum-relief valve protects the motor through extended running. PUMA HD is supplied in multiple configurations, including 21.3 kW and 25.3 kW power ratings, so it can be matched to the duty and the material at hand. It runs as a standalone machine or as the suction unit inside a centralised system serving several pick-up points. The standard build is designed for ordinary, non-classified areas; ATEX-certified configurations are available within the range where the working environment calls for them.
The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve to ensure continuous, maintenance-free work. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
The tangential inlet facilitates the cyclonic effect to deposit the collected material in the container. Filtration is ensured by a polyester star filter in class M (filtering efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with a dirty filter.

The material is collected inside a coated bin complete with a handle that allows it to be released. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the bin can be moved with ease and the collected material can then be disposed of.
