PUMA FIX is a stationary industrial vacuum built to sit at the centre of a centralised extraction system. Instead of being wheeled between jobs, it is fixed in place and ducted to serve multiple pick-up points across a plant, drawing away powders, solids and shavings from every station it feeds. It is set up for remote control, so the unit can be started and stopped from the production line rather than at the machine itself.

At its core are powerful side-channel blowers rated for continuous, round-the-clock operation, offered in five power ratings from 7.5 kW to 18.5 kW so the unit can be sized to the exact airflow and vacuum a system demands. An integrated cyclonic separator strips most of the collected material out of the airstream before it reaches the filters, extending the working life of the machine, while four antistatic polyester cartridges deliver M-class filtration. The SP counter-current cleaning system purges those cartridges automatically, holding suction steady through long shifts without hand-cleaning.

Because it is designed to run continuously rather than in short bursts, PUMA FIX is engineered for the long haul: continuous-duty blowers, Class F motor insulation and self-cleaning filtration all point to a long service life and a lower total cost of ownership than lighter machines that need frequent filter changes. When a plant is reconfigured, the unit is still easy to move into a new position with a forklift truck, and it can be integrated into new or existing centralised ductwork.

SUCTION UNIT

The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve to ensure continuous, maintenance-free work. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.

FILTER UNIT

FILTER UNIT

The tangential inlet facilitates the deposition of the sucked material in the container due to the cyclonic effect. Filtration is ensured by a polyester cartridge filter in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with a dirty filter.

SP FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM

SP FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM

Automatic filter cleaning system in reverse flow of air at 6 bar (compressed air not supplied as standard). Each filter is cleaned at regular, alternately adjustable intervals without interrupting suction. Ideal for fine and difficult dust.

COLLECTION UNIT

COLLECTION UNIT

The material is collected inside a coated bin complete with a handle that allows it to be released. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the bin can be moved with ease and the collected material can then be disposed of.
