MINIAIR

The Miniair is a compressed-air industrial vacuum built for workshops and production lines where a mains supply is scarce, awkward or best kept out of the way. In place of an electric motor, suction comes from two Venturi ejectors that draw a strong, steady vacuum straight off your compressed-air line — no moving parts in the airstream, and a rated noise level of 78 decibels.

It moves up to 300 cubic metres of air per hour at 500 millibar of continuous vacuum, pulling dry powders, solids and metal shavings into a 45-litre coated steel bin that releases on a handle and rolls on four pivoting wheels. A class M polyester star filter with 15,000 square centimetres of media filters down to one micron and keeps air moving even as it loads, while an ergonomic manual shaker cleans it in seconds. Fit the optional float switch and the same machine handles wet powders and liquids.

Because the ejectors have no motor to burn out and the body is welded from sturdy painted steel, the Miniair is Italian-engineered to keep earning its place on the floor for years, and it is rated for continuous-duty use — the kind of low-maintenance longevity that keeps total cost of ownership down. It is CE-marked for use in ordinary, non-ATEX-classified areas, and can be specified with AISI 304 stainless bins and chamber, absolute (HEPA) or antistatic filter media, full grounding and disposable collection bags to suit your process.
