The M65 SP LP is an industrial vacuum engineered by Depureco for the suction of large quantities of fine dust. It runs on three single-phase by-pass motors, each with independent drive, delivering 3.9 kW of total suction power, so the operator can adjust suction to suit the job. Compact and easy to connect to other machinery, it works as well for general area cleaning as it does for fixed, in-line extraction taken straight off your production line.
At its heart are three large-surface-area M-class cartridge filters in antistatic polyester, cleaned automatically by Depureco's SP system. On a timed cycle, an on-board compressor pulses each cartridge clear as the machine runs, so airflow holds steady instead of tailing off as dust loads the filter. That combination of large filter area and hands-off cleaning is what keeps the machine productive over the long term — less manual filter maintenance, less downtime, and a lower total cost of ownership across its working life.
Material is collected in the Endless Bag continuous-bag system, keeping waste contained with no contact between operator and dust — a clean, safe way to handle fine, dry and clogging powders, as well as toxic or hazardous dusts where M-class filtration is appropriate. The M65 SP LP is CE-marked for use in ordinary, non-hazardous areas and is not ATEX zone-certified; if your process runs in a potentially explosive atmosphere, ask us about the ATEX-rated machines across the Depureco range.
Suction is provided by 3 by-pass motors operated by independent switches, allowing the operator to control suction performance. The motors are located inside a robust enclosure, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.
Automatic filter cleaning system in reverse flow of air at 6 bar (compressed air not supplied as standard). Each filter is cleaned at regular, adjustable intervals alternately without interrupting suction. Ideal for fine and difficult dust.
The material is collected inside a sturdy 20-meter-long adjustable roll plastic bag. Once the bag is filled, simply seal and remove it, with no contact between operator and material.
