The M65/100 JC is a powerful, reliable industrial vacuum built for fine dust extraction. Three single-phase by-pass motors give it a combined 3.9 kW of motor power and the pulling capacity to move a large volume of dust and chips, even under difficult working conditions. Its rugged steel body is made for daily industrial use and a long, dependable service life.
Fine, dry and clogging powders are exactly the materials that clog an ordinary filter. The M65/100 JC answers that with a Class M primary cartridge in PTFE-coated polyester and an integrated Jet Clean filter-cleaning system, so the filter stays clear and suction stays strong through the shift. The result is high filtration efficiency held across the working day, not just at the start of it.
Specify the M65/100 JC in the container size that suits your process — 65 or 100 litres — with multiple construction options to match your material and site. It runs on a standard single-phase electrical supply and carries CE marking. It is built for ordinary industrial areas and is not ATEX zone-rated.
Suction is provided by 3 by-pass motors operated by independent switches, allowing the operator to control suction performance. The motors are located inside a robust enclosure, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.
Filtration is ensured by a Class M polyester cartridge filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with a dirty filter.
Equipped with JetClean® filter cleaning system. Due to the different pressure between the outside and inside of the vacuum cleaner, the system generates a flow of air through the cartridge that detaches dust from the surface of the filter, keeping the filter efficient while working and without stopping suction.
The material is collected inside a coated container complete with a handle that allows its release. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the container can be moved with ease, and the collected material can then be disposed of.
