The M65/100 is Depureco's all-round industrial vacuum, engineered to combine strong suction, large collection capacity and high filtration in a single steel-bodied machine. Built to vacuum dust, solids and liquids alike, it is designed to cover the everyday clean-up and process-recovery duties found across almost any industrial application, rather than being tied to one narrow job.
Suction comes from a by-pass motor rated at 3.9 kW, and filtration runs through a class M star filter in polyester with a large 24,000 square-centimetre surface, so airflow holds even as the filter loads with dust; an ergonomic manual filter-shaker clears it in seconds. The machine is offered in more than one build — including 65-litre and 100-litre collection capacities — with material-specific filters, so you can match container size and filtration to the dust, solids or liquids you actually handle instead of over-specifying.
A robust steel body is what makes the M65/100 dependable shift after shift, and specifying it around that durability keeps total cost of ownership down across a long service life. Every unit is CE-marked and runs on an electrical supply; it is not ATEX zone-certified and is intended for ordinary, non-classified industrial areas. Suction is provided by 3 by-pass motors operated by independent switches, allowing the operator to control suction performance. The motors are located inside a robust enclosure, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.
Filtration is provided by a polyester star filter in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with a dirty filter.
An ergonomic manual filter shaker allows the filter to be cleaned easily and quickly, removing dust and debris from the surface of the filter.
The material is collected inside a coated container complete with a handle that allows its release. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the container can be moved with ease, and the collected material can then be disposed of.
