The M100 TAN LP is a single-phase industrial vacuum cleaner engineered for fine, dry and clogging powders. A tangential inlet spins incoming material into a cyclonic vortex, dropping the bulk of it straight into the collection bag before it ever reaches the filter. Behind that sits a large-surface-area M-class star filter that captures the fine, hazardous dust the cyclone leaves behind.
Suction comes from three by-pass motors totalling 3.9 kW, each on its own switch so the operator can dial performance up or down to suit the job. Because the machine runs from a standard single-phase supply, there is no three-phase installation to arrange — you plug it in and work. When airflow starts to drop, the manual filter-shaker restores it in seconds, with no need to open the machine or expose anyone to the collected dust.
Material discharges into the Endless Bag continuous roll system, so a full bag is simply sealed and removed with no contact between operator and dust — a genuine advantage when handling toxic or hazardous fine powders. With the cyclone taking the load off the filter and a rugged, CE-marked build, the M100 TAN LP is made to hold its performance, and its running costs, steady over a long service life.
Suction is provided by 3 by-pass motors operated by independent switches, allowing the operator to control suction performance. The motors are located inside a robust enclosure, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.
The tangential inlet facilitates the cyclonic effect to deposit the collected material in the container. Filtration is ensured by a polyester star filter in class M (filtering efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with a dirty filter.
An ergonomic manual filter shaker allows the filter to be cleaned easily and quickly, removing dust and debris from the surface of the filter.
The material is collected inside a sturdy 20-meter-long adjustable roll plastic bag. Once the bag is filled, simply seal and remove it, with no contact between operator and material.
