Continuous fine-dust extraction with an M-class filter that self-cleans while the motors keep running.
The M100 JC LP is a single-phase industrial vacuum engineered for the fine, dry and clogging powders that defeat ordinary extraction. Three bypass motors, each with independent drive, put 3.9 kW behind a compact, easy-to-handle body that follows the work around a site instead of anchoring it to one place.
At the core is a large-surface-area M-class cartridge filter in PTFE-coated polyester, media chosen for powders that cling and clog. Its built-in JetClean system cleans the cartridge while the motors keep running, so airflow holds and the operator never breaks the extraction cycle to service the filter.
Collected material feeds into the Endless Bag continuous-bag system, sealing the dust away as it fills so it can be handled without direct contact, the controlled route for toxic and hazardous dusts. The M100 JC LP is CE-marked for ordinary, non-ATEX working areas; where the atmosphere is explosive or ATEX-classified, a differently certified machine is required, so talk to us before you specify.
Suction is provided by 3 by-pass motors operated by independent switches, allowing the operator to control suction performance. The motors are located inside a robust enclosure, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.
Filtration is ensured by a Class M polyester cartridge filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with a dirty filter.
Equipped with JetClean® filter cleaning system. Due to the different pressure between the outside and inside of the vacuum cleaner, the system generates a flow of air through the cartridge that detaches dust from the surface of the filter, keeping the filter efficient while working and without stopping suction.
The material is collected inside a sturdy 20-meter-long adjustable roll plastic bag. Once the bag is filled, simply seal and remove it, with no contact between operator and material.
