The FOX SP is a three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner built by Depureco for the recovery of powders, solids and shavings, as well as fine, dry and clogging dusts. At its heart is a side channel blower — a direct-drive turbine engineered to work 24 hours a day, seven days a week without interruption — housed in a rugged steel body that stands up to the harshest production environments.
What sets the FOX SP apart is its integrated automatic filter-cleaning system. Class M primary filtration is delivered through three antistatic polyester cartridges, and a built-in cyclonic effect works alongside the automatic cleaning cycle so the machine keeps lifting fine dust in large volumes without the drop-off in suction that clogged filters usually cause. A vacuum-relief safety valve protects the turbine during continuous running.
The FOX SP is offered in more than one configuration, including two motor ratings — 4 kW and 5.5 kW — so it can be matched to the airflow and vacuum your process demands. Every machine is CE marked, and the standard build is rated for ordinary, non-classified areas, with ATEX-certified configurations available to order. Built from steel for continuous industrial duty, it is specified with long-term running costs in mind.
The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve to ensure continuous, maintenance-free work. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
Filtration is ensured by polyester cartridge filters in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with dirty filter.
Automatic filter cleaning system in reverse flow of air at 6 bar (compressed air not supplied as standard). Each filter is cleaned at regular, adjustable intervals alternately without interrupting suction. Ideal for fine and difficult dust.
The material is collected inside a coated bin complete with a handle that allows it to be released. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the container can be moved with ease, and the collected material can then be disposed of.
