The FOX is a powerful three-phase industrial vacuum cleaner that pairs high suction with large collection capacity and high-efficiency filtration. At its heart is a side channel blower rated for uninterrupted operation — 24 hours a day, seven days a week — so it clears large volumes of fine dust without labouring, shift after shift.
A cyclonic effect works alongside a high-surface-area, M-class star filter in polyester media to hold fine powder back before it reaches the blower, while a manual filter-cleaning system lets the operator shake the media clear and keep suction steady through a long run. The steel body is built for the demands of continuous industrial use, backed by Depureco's manufacturer engineering.
FOX is offered in multiple construction options, including a choice of side channel blower rated at 4 kW or 5.5 kW, so the machine can be matched to the duty in front of it. It handles powders, solids and shavings and carries CE certification. Note on hazardous areas: the FOX is not ATEX zone-certified and is intended for ordinary, non-classified environments only.
The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve to ensure continuous, maintenance-free work. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
An ergonomic manual filter shaker allows the filter to be cleaned easily and quickly, removing dust and debris from the surface of the filter.
The tangential inlet facilitates the cyclonic effect to deposit the collected material in the container. Filtration is ensured by a polyester star filter in class M (filtering efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with a dirty filter.
The material is collected inside a coated bin complete with a handle that allows it to be released. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the container can be moved with ease, and the collected material can then be disposed of.
