The ECOBULL SP is the three-phase industrial vacuum built for heavy, continuous recovery. A powerful side channel blower drives suction 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without interruption, while an automatic SP system keeps its class M large-surface filters clear — so airflow stays constant through long production runs instead of tailing off as the media loads.
Engineered in steel for a powerful, reliable machine, the ECOBULL SP is supplied in several construction options to match your duty and supply. The side channel motor is offered at 1.8 kW, 3 kW or 4 kW, and a three-cartridge primary filter in antistatic polyester media holds class M efficiency on fine, dry and clogging powders as well as solids and shavings. A vacuum-limiter safety valve protects the blower during demanding use.
Italian-engineered by Depureco, the manufacturer, the ECOBULL SP is designed for the long, dependable service life that lowers total cost of ownership on continuous-duty applications. It is built for ordinary, non-ATEX classified areas; where a material or environment calls for ATEX certification, an ATEX-certified machine should be specified instead.
The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve to ensure continuous, maintenance-free operation. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
Filtration is ensured by polyester cartridge filters in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with dirty filter.
Automatic filter cleaning system in reverse flow of air at 6 bar (compressed air not supplied as standard). Each filter is cleaned at regular, adjustable intervals alternately without interrupting suction. Ideal for fine and difficult dust.
The material is collected inside a coated container complete with a handle that allows its release. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the container can be moved with ease, and the collected material can then be disposed of.
