The ECOBULL is Depureco's three-phase industrial vacuum for heavy, sustained recovery duty. At its heart is a powerful side-channel blower engineered to run 24 hours a day, seven days a week without interruption, so it holds its suction through the longest production shifts, even under demanding working conditions.
One machine covers a wide range of material: dry dust, solids and shavings, plus wet powders and solids. A high-surface-area polyester primary filter in filtration Class M keeps airflow strong as the filter loads, while an ergonomic manual filter cleaner clears the media quickly between tasks. A safety valve on the turbine supports the reliable, continuous running the ECOBULL is built for.
Built from steel and offered in multiple configurations, with side-channel motor options of 1.8 kW, 3 kW and 4 kW, the ECOBULL is specified to the job rather than over- or under-sized for it. The standard machine carries CE certification and is intended for ordinary, non-classified areas, with ATEX-certified construction available as an option where a hazardous-area rating is required. Designed for years of continuous, round-the-clock duty, it is best judged on total cost of ownership rather than headline price.
The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve to ensure continuous, maintenance-free operation. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
Filtration is provided by a polyester star filter in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with a dirty filter.
An ergonomic manual filter shaker allows the filter to be cleaned easily and quickly, removing dust and debris from the surface of the filter.
The material is collected inside a coated container complete with a handle that allows its release. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the container can be moved with ease, and the collected material can then be disposed of.
