COMBO combines an industrial vacuum and an integrated preseparator in a single machine, engineered in Italy by Depureco to handle fine, dry and clogging powders. Three independent single-phase by-pass motors drive the suction, delivering effective extraction from a standard single-phase supply with 3.9 kW of installed motor power.

The built-in separator drops the bulk of the collected material out of the airstream before it reaches the filter, dramatically reducing the load on the primary filter. The result is long work cycles without interruption and far less time lost to filter maintenance — the kind of uptime that keeps total running cost down across a machine's working life.

Filtration is handled by a large-surface-area Class M star filter in polyester media, cleaned in seconds by a manual shaker without tools or downtime. For toxic and hazardous dusts, the double Endless Bag system seals the collected material as it is bagged, so operators never touch what has been extracted. COMBO is CE marked for ordinary, non-ATEX working areas.

SUCTION UNIT

Suction is provided by 3 by-pass motors operated by independent switches, allowing the operator to control suction performance. The motors are located inside a robust enclosure, with an insulating sponge to maintain a low noise level.

FILTER UNIT

FILTER UNIT

Filtration is provided by a polyester star filter in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with a dirty filter.

BUILT-IN PRE-SEPARATOR

BUILT-IN PRE-SEPARATOR

The vacuumed material is collected in a pre-separator integrated with the Endless Bag system. In this way only a small amount of lighter particles pass through the primary filter.

COLLECTION UNIT

COLLECTION UNIT

The material is collected inside a sturdy 20-meter-long adjustable roll plastic bag. Once the bag is filled, simply seal and remove it, with no contact between operator and material.
