The BF JC is Depureco's self-cleaning on-board dust extractor — a compact industrial vacuum built to sit at the machine or alongside a production line and pull away scraps, fine dust and production residues as they are created. Its small footprint lets it be installed in narrow or hard-to-reach positions where a full-size unit will not fit, and it is available in both horizontal and vertical construction so it can be matched to the space you actually have.
What sets the JC apart is how it protects suction over a long shift. A side channel blower draws through an M-class cartridge in PTFE-coated polyester media, and the built-in Jet Clean system pulses the filter clean automatically — so the machine holds its airflow even on the fine, dry and clogging powders that would quickly blind a manually cleaned filter. It is sold in three motor configurations — 0.85 kW, 1.5 kW and 2.2 kW — so the extractor is sized to the duty rather than over-specified, while a vacuum-limiting safety valve protects the motor in service.
Continuous filter cleaning and simple, serviceable construction are where a well-built extractor earns its keep: less downtime, steadier throughput and lower running costs across a long working life on the floor. The BF JC is CE-marked for ordinary production areas and is not ATEX zone-certified, so specify a rated machine wherever a potentially explosive atmosphere can form.
The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve that ensures continuous, maintenance-free operation. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
Filtration is ensured by a Class M polyester cartridge filter (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with a high filtering surface area, which guarantees air passage even with a dirty filter.
Equipped with JetClean® filter cleaning system. Due to the different pressure between the outside and inside of the vacuum cleaner, the system generates a flow of air through the cartridge that detaches dust from the surface of the filter, keeping the filter efficient while working and without stopping suction.
The vacuum cleaner, designed to be installed in narrow or hard-to-reach places, is available in vertical or horizontal versions so as to adapt to different needs.
