The ATLAS is Depureco's high-vacuum solution for vacuuming and moving large quantities of material in demanding industrial settings. Engineered in Italy for intensive, heavy-industry duty, it draws on a powerful side channel blower or Roots (lobe) pump to sustain maximum performance where a general-purpose machine would fall short.
ATLAS is supplied in several configurations rather than a single fixed build: specify a side channel blower or a Roots pump, with motor ratings of 20 kW, 22 kW or 37 kW, so the machine is matched to the extraction duty rather than over- or under-specified. It runs on a three-phase electrical supply and carries CE marking for use in ordinary, non-classified industrial areas.
Material handling is designed to be simple, fast and safe: the hopper lifts to make discharging collected material straightforward, while six polyester filter cartridges — primary filter class M — deliver maximum filtration with an automatic cleaning system that keeps them working without pausing the job. For sites that need suction where the work is, ATLAS can be mounted on a trailer for easy transport and positioning around the workplace.
The suction unit is a Roots-type volumetric pump with tri-lobe rotors, driven by a belt and pulley transmission. Its specific construction geometry allows for generating a very high vacuum level, ensuring maximum suction power and continuous operation with reduced maintenance.
Filtration is ensured by polyester cartridge filters in class M (filtration efficiency 1 micron) with high filtering surface area, which guarantees the passage of air even with dirty filter.
A large-capacity hydraulic hopper allows a large amount of heavy material to be collected. The hopper offers different discharge systems to suit every need.
The vacuum cleaner can be transported anywhere by installing the unit on a trailer. *trailer not included.
