The AS HD is Depureco's trimmings and production-waste vacuum, engineered for the long, bulky scraps and cuttings that overwhelm an ordinary extractor. Its compact construction lets it sit directly on a production line, pulling waste away at source with the large suction capacity these materials demand.
As it works, the vacuumed material is automatically extracted, so the machine makes full use of its capacity and keeps running rather than stopping to be emptied. A large collection capacity, together with an inspection window to check the fill level at a glance, keeps operators in control of the job.
It is built around a side channel blower and available in 4 kW and 5.5 kW configurations across the AS 400-550 range. A polyester filter bag holds the collected material and a vacuum relief safety valve protects the turbine, while the machine is electrically powered and CE marked for ordinary industrial areas — it is not ATEX zone-certified.
The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve to ensure continuous, maintenance-free work. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
