The Depureco AS is an industrial vacuum engineered for one job: clearing the long, bulky offcuts that a standard vacuum chokes on. Trims, production cuttings, paper, leather, plastic and packaging are drawn straight in and, thanks to its purpose-built construction, automatically compacted inside the container — so you get the full use of its capacity before it needs emptying.
Because it can be installed directly on your production lines, the AS keeps waste moving without a separate manual clearing step, and a viewing window lets operators check the fill level at a glance. A side channel blower drives the suction, and the machine is offered in three motor configurations — 0.85 kW, 1.6 kW and 2.2 kW — so you can match airflow to the volume and density of the material you are handling.
Every AS is CE-marked and fitted with a vacuum-limiter safety valve to protect the motor, with a polyester bag filter handling the primary filtration. It is designed for ordinary (non-ATEX) production environments — Italian-engineered by Depureco, a manufacturer that has specified industrial vacuum systems since 1972.
The suction unit is a side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. The turbine is equipped with a safety valve that ensures continuous, maintenance-free operation. A metal silencer is included as standard in the turbine to ensure a low noise level.
