ATEX INDUSTRIAL VACUUM -  FOX 7.5 Z20/Z22

Presenting the FOX 7.5 ATEX Z20/Z22, an industrial vacuum cleaner engineered for robust performance in ATEX Z22 classified environments. This reliable powerhouse features an ATEX-certified side channel blower, ensuring uninterrupted operation without the need for frequent maintenance.

Certified by a third-party (TUV) to meet Z20 standards, the internal area of the vacuum guarantees compliance and safety. Inside, a generously sized antistatic polyester surface filter (24,000 cm2), certified to class M standards with a filtration efficiency of 1 micron, effectively captures electrostatically charged dust particles.

To ensure continuous operation and minimize the risk of clogging, a sturdy metal cyclone is welded inside the filter chamber. For applications requiring the capture of finer dust particles, an optional absolute H14 filter can be installed upon request.

The vacuum boasts a spacious 100-liter container crafted from AISI 304 stainless steel, mounted on wheels for easy maneuverability during material collection and disposal. With its powerful suction capabilities and durable construction, the FOX 7.5 ATEX Z20/Z22 is the ideal solution for industrial cleaning needs in hazardous environments.

Key Features

Suction Unit

Filtering Unit

The suction unit is an ATEX certified side channel blower with direct coupling between motor and impeller. Furthermore, to guarantee safe work, the unit is equipped with a safety valve which, in the event of obstruction in the vacuuming elements, prevents overheating.

The filtration is guaranteed by an M class polyester filter. The star shape enables air to flow through the filter even when it is dirty. The fabric of the filter is classified as M Class (BIA | EN 60335-2-69). This means that all particles till 1 micron are stopped by the filter so as to protect the blower and the operator around the vacuum cleaner.

Suction Inlet

Collection Bin

The tangential inlet is designed to ease the process of pushing the material down the bin. A sturdy metal cyclone welded inside the chamber slows the material's entry speed considerably down so that it falls directly inside the bin. This way, the filter is efficiently protected, minimizing clogging risk.

The vacuumed material is collected in an AISI 304 stainless steel container, equipped with a metal handle that enables the bin to be detached from the machine, to avoid any spark that could be generated by the electrostatic charge. Thanks to the 4 sturdy pivoting wheels, the bin can be moved very easily to then dispose of the collected material. Each wheel is reinforced to guarantee maximum stability during handling.
